Our contract with you
As soon as Tours for You confirms your participation, an initial payment of 30% will be requested and a firm contract exists between you and Tours for You. The deposit is non-returnable except in the special circumstances mentioned below. The remaining payment (70%) should be made no later than 60 days before the event. All prices and payments are in euros.
Insurance
We advise you to purchase a travel insurance to cover such things as medical treatment, repatriation, loss of property and cancellation charges. We suggest you purchase these insurances in your own country. Please contact your insurance provider.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel your participation in the holiday, the charge will vary according to the period of notice that you give. If we receive written confirmation of your cancellation up to 60 days before the beginning of the holiday, only the deposit is forfeited. After that a percentage of the total cost will be due:
- Between 59-30 days: 40%
- Between 29-15 days: 70%
- Less than 15 days: 100%
If we cancel
If 2 months before the beginning of the holiday, there are insufficient bookings for the holiday to be viable (60 guests is the minimum number of participants), we might decide to cancel. In this case you would receive a full refund.
We could still decide to operate with fewer guests than expected but we would have the right to change some venues outside the hotel for a charming space inside the hotel, in order to be more appropriate for fewer attendants, in ambiance and costs. If we do so, we will inform the client and if that situation is not accepted, we will fully refund the payments already made by the client.
We would also cancel if hostilities, civil unrest, natural disaster or other circumstances which could be described as a force majeure affect the region where the holiday should take place.
Unavoidable changes
In the unlikely case of an unpredictably problem occurring which made it impossible to carry out a holiday programme in exactly the manner advertised, we would always try to find a satisfactory alternative. However, we would ask for your understanding if we have to make a slight change in the schedule or at the last minute a venue, for reasons beyond our control, becomes unavailable. We would always ensure that we found an alternative of similar or even better value.
